How do I get my stable, farrier and vet on board?
In the app tap the plus button and choose Invite. You choose who it is and for which horses, and send the invitation via WhatsApp, text or email. The recipient opens EquiCM, chooses their role and taps ‘That's me’. A farrier or vet then sees your horses among their clients right away. EquiCM is free for them.
Can I fill in my horse's HorseID number?
Yes. For each horse you fill in the UELN (HorseID number) and the microchip number. EquiCM checks whether the number is correct and shows the country of registration. With the number you find the horse right away, with all the data in EquiCM, and you don't add a horse twice. With one tap you also open the official HorseID register.
Do I need to install anything?
No. EquiCM works in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Open the link and you're away.
Who sees my horse's data?
The people your stable shares EquiCM with: owners, yard manager, sharers and the professionals you invite. Messages are seen only by you and the person you're talking to.
How exactly does payment work?
Whoever needs to receive money sends a payment request. The payer scans the QR code with their banking app; amount, account number and reference are already filled in. EquiCM never touches your money: it goes straight from account to account. Paying by card or Bancontact in the app itself comes in a next step, together with a licensed payment partner.
Can I send e-invoices via Peppol?
You can download the overview of livery and extras per owner and import it into your invoicing software, which sends the e-invoice via Peppol. Sending directly from EquiCM is planned.
Does the live start time work with official start lists?
In this version someone at the ring taps +1 for each rider, and everyone sees the estimated start time. A link with the organisers' start lists is something we're exploring with the federations.
Can I try EquiCM first?
Yes. The demo app opens with a complete sample stable: 12 horses, appointments, lessons, reports, messages and payments. Everything labelled example can be removed later in one go.
Does it work for small stables or one horse at home too?
Yes. Owners use EquiCM for free, even with one horse at home. You keep the health record and work together with your farrier and vet.
What does it cost for owners and professionals?
Nothing. Only stables pay: €3 per horse per month (excl. VAT), because they save the most time with it.

Privacy statement
EquiCM is operated by Studio VM · Vincent Montreuil (sole trader), Nieuwpoortstraat 14-301, 8570 Anzegem, Belgium, company number BE 0672.960.066. We are responsible for processing your personal data in EquiCM.
Which data
Your name and profile (role, interests, region, a short intro), what you record about horses, photos and documents you add, messages, appointments, reports for the stable, and payment requests with the account number you provide yourself.
Why
To make the app work: sharing data with the people around the same horse or stable, enabling appointments and payments, and letting you know about new activity. We don't sell your data and don't show ads based on your data.
Who sees what
Data about a horse and a stable is visible to the people the stable shares EquiCM with. Your profile and interests are visible to other members. The app shows messages only to you and the person you're talking to. Your account number is seen only by people who get a payment request from you or buy something from you.
How long
As long as your account is active. After your account is deleted we erase your data within [period], except what we're legally required to keep, such as accounting records.
Your rights
You can view your data, have it corrected, erased or transferred. Email us at info@equicm.be. If you're not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

Terms of use
What EquiCM is
EquiCM is a tool to organise appointments, care and communication around horses. It doesn't replace a vet, a passport or a pre-purchase vetting. What's in the app is what users record themselves.
Your account
You use your real name and give correct details. You are responsible for what you share, including photos of other people.
Arrangements between users
Arrangements about sharing, transport, lessons, treatments and sales are made directly between you. EquiCM is not a party to those arrangements and is not liable for carrying them out.
Pay
Payments go directly from account to account via your own bank. EquiCM doesn't hold or manage money. Whoever sends a payment request is responsible for a correct amount and invoice.
Pricing for stables
Stables pay €3 per horse per month, or €30 per horse per year, excl. VAT. A monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly. Owners, riders and professionals use EquiCM for free.
What's not allowed
Misleading alerts or ads, illegal sales, harassment, and collecting other people's data for other purposes.
